The Alliance Welcome Julian Palmer to its Board of Directors

The Alliance for a Hunger Free New York welcomes Julian Palmer to its board of directors. He is the Executive Director of TOUCH (Together Our Unity Can Heal) in Congers, NY. TOUCH has been a Ryan White AIDS Service Organization for more than 35 years.

Palmer is a nonprofit and public sector leader with 40 years’ experience in executive roles, consulting, and advocacy. He has raised more than $50 million, tripled revenues at TOUCH, led major health and nutrition programs, and secured multi-million-dollar grants for diverse organizations, demonstrating expertise in fundraising, coalition building, and strategic communications throughout his career.
