I am a registered dietitian and have worked in public health for the majority of my career. I believe in prevention. Preventing poor health by eating well, exercise and taking care of yourself, and your family.
Many of my years have been in food pantries providing nutrition education, along with interactive food demonstrations.
I practice what I teach, I have two adult children who enjoy healthful food. Everyone, including me, starts out with suspicion but once you try it, (it might take you a few times )you like it.
