Schenectady County Food Council
Kristi became deeply interested in working to address food insecurity issues at the height of the pandemic, when she got involved in convening the group that came to be known as the Schenectady County Food Council. Today, she continues to learn and grow with this collaborative group as it aims to listen, educate, and advocate for community-informed food systems change in Schenectady County.
