Cait is the Clinical Co-Founder and COO of Boswell, leading clinical operations and community partnership development. Cait is a Registered Nurse, having studied nursing at University of Rochester, completed her clinical internship at Columbia, and received her MBA from Northeastern. Since then, she has led behavioral health teams at large health systems like Beth Israel Lahey, local social service organizations like The Home for Little Wanderers, and early-stage digital health startups like DynamiCare and CHESS Health. Having seen, firsthand the necessity of addressing a person's social needs before there's any healthcare conversation to be had, she co-founded Boswell to transform local social service organizations into the hubs for social and health care engagement.
